Today, the Director General of the Kosovo Correctional Service, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Bill Sage and the ICITAP Program, in recognition of their continuous contribution in supporting the Kosovo Correctional Service.

The certificate was awarded to him for his engagement in the Support Program for the Correctional Intelligence Unit, through which, over the years, valuable contribution has been provided in establishing, professionalizing, and advancing the Intelligence Unit of the Kosovo Correctional Service.

Director Dibrani emphasized that thanks to the close cooperation with Mr. Sage and the ICITAP program, the Intelligence Unit of the Kosovo Correctional Service has today become a success story, not only within the country but also in the region, reflecting high professional standards and institutional efficiency. He specifically requested Mr. Sage’s continued support for the CIU and assistance in deepening cooperation with other security mechanisms in Kosovo and in the countries of the Western Balkans region.

Upon receiving the certificate, Mr. Sage thanked Director Dibrani for the recognition shown to him and the ICITAP program.
