Today, the General Director of the Kosovo Correctional Service (KCS), Mr. Ismail Dibrani, and the Rector of the International Public Business College in Mitrovica (IBCM), Prof. Dr. Mihone Kerolli, signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of education and training.

The agreement aims to create opportunities for KCS personnel to pursue studies at IBCM, benefiting from academic programs in English at Bachelor and Master levels. It also provides the arrangement of special schedules for KCS groups if the number of participants is over ten.

The programs offered include areas such as environmental management, information technology, international sales, public administration and international leadership, with the aim of increasing the knowledge and professional skills of correctional staff.
