Today, the General Director of Kosovo Correctional Service (KCS), Mr. Ismail Dibrani, welcomes in a meeting the ambassador of the Republic Albania, Mr. Petrit Malaj.

During this meeting, Director Dibrani informed Ambassador Malaj about the challenges and achievements of the KCS, as well as the ongoing efforts in the field of correction, resocialization and rehabilitation of persons deprived of liberty.

Ambassador Malaj praised the work of the KCS and emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries in this field, while also being interested in the treatment of Albanian citizens who are being held in our correctional institutions.

Both parties discussed deepening cooperation and exchange of experiences between the relevant institutions of both countries, with the aim of strengthening capacities and improving standards in the correctional system.
