Twelve officials from the Kosovo Correctional Service (KCS) and three officials from the Kosovo Probation Service (KPS) have been successfully certified upon completing the “Anger Management” training held at the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS).
This training, dedicated to social officers, is part of a specialized program aimed at strengthening professional skills in handling intense emotions and conflictive behaviors in persons deprived of liberty.
Through this program, participants developed knowledge on identifying causes of anger, understanding emotional response mechanisms, and applying practical techniques for emotional self-regulation and effective interaction with inmates.
The KCS remains committed to developing the professional capacities of all its officials through quality and contemporary training.
