Kosovo Correctional Service
The Director General of the Kosovo Correctional Service, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, during his stay in Krakow, Poland, held an important meeting with the President of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT), Mr. Alan Mitchell.
In this meeting, Mr. Dibrani presented the achievements of the Kosovo Correctional Service to date, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to respecting European standards in the treatment of prisoners and detainees.
He also invited Mr. Mitchell for an official visit to Kosovo, with the aim of getting closely acquainted with the work and progress made in the correctional system of our country.
