Today, the General Director of the Kosovo Correctional Service, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, participated in the Summer Academy of the UBT Faculty of Law, where he informed students about the important developments and achievements of the Kosovo Correctional Service.
He emphasized the key role of the KCS in the special treatment and rehabilitation of juveniles in conflict with the law, presenting legal and practical advancements achieved in Kosovo.

Director Dibrani spoke about the Juvenile Correctional and Educational Center in Lipjan, the only institution in the country offering pre-university education, professional training, and social programs for juveniles, focusing on resocialization and integration.

He also highlighted the importance of supportive programs, cooperation with families and the community, as well as the active involvement of juveniles in decision-making.

In conclusion, Mr. Dibrani expressed his belief that every child, regardless of past challenges, deserves a new chance to rise and grow in a more just and humane society.
With the dedication and commitment of the Correctional Service, this chance becomes a reality, thus igniting the light of hope in the hearts of juveniles and opening the way for a brighter future.
