Prisoners at the High-Security Prison are carrying out renovation work on the institution’s interior spaces. The work is being conducted in the living rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas, with the aim of improving living conditions and hygiene.

This activity is being carried out under the supervision of technical staff and in accordance with security standards. The involvement of prisoners in these works aims not only to improve the premises but also to encourage rehabilitation and engagement in useful activities.

The Kosovo Correctional Service remains committed to creating the best possible conditions for prisoners, advancing rehabilitation and resocialization processes in line with international standards.
