Today, within the framework of cultural activities, the Kosovo Correctional Service promoted the book of poems “E mbyllura në vetmi,” written by convict F. S. This promotion was held at the Correctional Center for Women in Lipjan, attended by representatives of local and international organizations that monitor and support the KCS.

Director Dibrani described this initiative as an important step in supporting the rehabilitation and integration of convicts into society, emphasizing the importance of personal development through writing, art and culture. He emphasized that this initiative best reflects the values ​​and potential of convicts to grow and share their experiences with others.

The Director of the Correctional Center for Women in Lipjan, Ylber Topalli, emphasized that the promotion of cultural activities in our institution is a key component that helps improve life within this center, especially in preparing convicts for a successful reintegration into society after release.

The author of the book, F. S., expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to share her experience and feelings through this publication, considering the book as a window that enables her to communicate with the outside world.

The book was edited and proofread by poet Bekim Kelmendi, reviewed by poet Hyrë Fazlija and published free of charge by the publishing house “InterGraf – Ferizaj”.
