Today, The General Director of Kosovo Correctional Service, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, has met in Tirana The General Director of Prisons of Albania Mr. Klevis Qose

The two leaders discussed deepening cooperation between the two institutions, exchanging best practices, and developing joint projects to improve the conditions and functioning of the prison systems in Kosovo and Albania.

During the meeting there were also discussed issues that are related with staff training, safety improvement in penal institutions and the reintegration of prisoners into society.

Mr. Dibrani and Mr. Qose expressed their willingness to continue regular meetings, with the aim of exchanging experiences and further advancing the relationship between the two countries.
