The General Director of Kosovo Correctional Service, Ismail Dibrani, welcomed in a meeting Mrs. Heather Rauch, Assistant Director for Global Programs at ICITAP, Mr. Tyler Truby, ICITAP Counterterrorism Attaché for the Balkan Region, and Mr. Randy Wilson, Balkans Coordinator for the State Department for Counterterrorism.

The General Director, Mr. Dibrani, highly appreciated ICITAP’s support, especially for the establishment of the Correctional Intelligence Unit in the Kosovo Correctional Service. This unit has managed to significantly increase the level of security, becoming a success story and a model for the entire region.

ICITAP remains one of KCS’s key partners in development and reform; their support is vital and crucial for Kosovo Correctional Service.
