The ICPA International Conference, which is being held in Singapore, is continuing. Executive directors, professionals and experts from correctional services from around the world are participating in this conference.

Part of this conference is also the General Director of the Kosovo Correctional Service, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, who held important meetings with Mr. Peter Severin, President of ICPA, Ms. Natalie Boal, Executive Director, as well as counterparts and representatives from many different countries around the world such as: USA, Turkey, Singapore, France, Belgium, Philippines, Maldives, Indonesia, etc. During these meetings, the main topics related to the future of correctional services at a global level were discussed.

At this conference, ICITAP’s Global Counterterrorism Advisor, Mr. Bill Sage, presented the Kosovo Correctional Service and its Intelligence Unit as a model of success. He praised the unit’s achievements in significantly increasing the level of security, describing it as a success story and a good example for the region and beyond.

The conference is serving as an important platform for the exchange of ideas and international experiences in the field of correctional services, highlighting the role of Kosovo as an important contributor in this sector.
