Detention Center Prizren

Prizren Detention Center was built on 1964 initially functioned under the administration of UNMIK, until February 2005 when full competences have been  taken from the national   management staff.

Prizren Detention Center is dedicated to detainees of Prizren nearby Regions  and admits  persons to serve the sentence imposed from the  basic court up to thrre months . This facility has a capacity of  92 , it has in total of four wings (landings) three for detainees and one for short term sentenced persons.

Prizren Detention Center offers the opportunity for inmates to work in different places; laundry, kitchen and maintenance of the institution.
